This is record of festival summer at Hakushu 2004 till the last festival　
-Paragraph of 4times meeting2009-. Hakushu festival happens 1988. It was held in several members of the executive committee. Many participants, or audiences would sense the space that could realize the joint ownership of the place bodily. It was pioneer and, as a philosophical art festival, was continued for 20 years.
