\nMoment by moment our body generates \u2018the past\uff0c\u2019 while it continues embracing dreams (NOT objectives)\uff0c and it dares to be aware infinitely of the present moment.
\nTo recognize the environment outside the body\uff0c by contrasting it with the truth prevailing within the body\u2014this is a fairly animal-like and primitive method still used by animals other than human beings.
\nWhen one says \u201cI\u201d\uff0c which part of her\/his body is accompanying \u201cI\u201d? We often say \u2018my face\u2019\uff0c \u2018my hand\u2019\uff0c or \u2018my something\u2019\uff0c as if trying to reconfirm ownership and belonging. The truth is\uff0c any and every part of the body is a part of \u2018me\u2019.
