\n-Paragraph of 4times meeting2009-. Hakushu festival happens 1988. It was held in several members of the executive committee. Many participants, or audiences would sense the space that could realize the joint ownership of the place bodily. It was pioneer and, as a philosophical art festival, was continued for 20 years.<\/p>\n

Our birth place as life forms could be gone. For us, this was not the issues of large-scale national land reform plans or urban redevelopment, but our matters as creative individuals. \u201cTo shed reflexive light on the city from a rural village.\u201d The festival\u2019s theme represented its alternative attempt as a social idea. It changed its name to Art Camp Hakushu, and then to Dance Hakushu, which continued until 2009.
